2-year contract in Atlanta, GA

Job Description:

- Beginner level experience and certifications with Cisco Voice.
- This position will provide Tier 1 support for the company's Telepresence network.
- Responsibility include helpdesk support, alarm monitoring, and fault isolation.
- Engineer must be able to accurately capture customer and network information into our ticketing system.

Qualifications:

- CCNA certified.
- 1-3 years network troubleshooting.
- Customer Contact Experience and customer service skills.
- Flexibility - Must be able and willing to work various shifts.
- Knowledge in Ticket creation - Required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
