Helpdesk/SQL Migration Analyst

Projektbeschreibung
You will need to a strong understanding of:
-Understanding of Helpdesk systems and general desktop systems/issues, mobile phones, printers and telephone issues
-Active Directory management and experience
-Cover the hours of 8.30am-6pm each day with occasional out of hours support
-Presentable, articulate and good customer service skills
BUT WE ALSO NEED THEM TO HAVE SOME SQL MIGRATION EXPERIENCE ON THE SERVER SIDE TO MIGRATE SEVERAL DBS FROM 2000 TO 2008. AS WE WOULD LIKE THEM TO MIGRATE A COUPLE OF SQL DATABASES TO SQL 2012.
Main tasks beyond the above:
-General IT support
-Desktop support
-Windows 7 OS & Microsoft Office 2010 environment
-Desktop hardware, mobile phones and equipment support
-Familiar with AD, software installations
Requirements:
-Excellent customer service skills
-At least 1 year's experience in desktop/helpdesk role
-Quick learner for a sharp hand-off, ideally from a financial services environment
