Yoh has a contract opportunity for a HELP DESK REPRESENTATIVE II to join our client in Overland Park, KS.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Fielding emails and calls coming from the Siterra user pool.
- Work within the web based tool in the administration section of Siterra to set up new users, remove users that roll off the program, ensure the permissions are set as appropriate to the role they perform and the level they have been approved for.
- Communication of permissions and account and password information back to new users.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent oral and written skills with the ability to communicate technical information to all audiences.
- Must work with a sense of urgency and be able to multi-task.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to write SQL queries and extract data from Oracle.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access).

Preferred Job Skills/Experience/Knowledge:
- Knowledge of MicroStrategy is a plus.
