Our Client, an International Service provider is looking for a corporate, outgoing Helpdesk professional to join their IT team due to recent growth within the organisation.

This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated Helpdesk professional who is looking to work in an organisation where career progression is promoted.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

- 1.5+ years of Helpdesk support experience
- Solid Knowledge of Windows Environment
- Relevant Active Directory Experience
- Solid Knowledge of MS Office 2007
- Solid Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange
- Excellent troubleshooting and fault finding skills
- Strong organisation skills
- Experience with ITIL and Remedy will also be preferable.
- Outgoing personality
- Ability to learn and adopt to new technologies and situations
