Helpdesk Operator - Guildford - Contract

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a large Blue Chip company located in Guildford City Centre for a Helpdesk Operator. You will be joining a very busy team who are responsible for fielding a high volume of calls and emails to the support teams each day.

As Helpdesk Advisor you will be the first point of contact for all staff, customers and vendors into the Support team, you will be responsible for managing the email and telephone queries, passing faults on to the Technical Support Teams and updating the user with their query resolution.

If you have Helpdesk or Call Centre experience and are happy working in a high volume, fast paced environment please submit your CV online!

We are looking for enthusiastic people to join this busy team, must have an excellent telephone manner, accurate data entry, able to work to tight SLAs - in a high call/email volume environment and confident Excel user.

Please note, this is NOT a technical position, you will not be involved in any fault resolution or technical support, you will be providing assistance to the support teams by being the first point of contact for all calls and emails.
