As the helpdesk manager you will be managing the helpdesk that provides support to over 150 users and 1000 plus external users globally. You will be reporting on the services you provide and will be tasked to investigate new solutions and systems you think can support the business.
You will be implementing new improvement plans to the IT infrastructure and will be working heavily around Active Directory and Windows.
This role is Paris based so please only apply if you can realistically be based out of Paris
