A great opportunity exists for a Helpdesk/Desktop Support Analyst to start immediately. This role as Helpdesk/Desktop Support, will see you providing first and second level helpdesk support (via telephone and face-to face) to a large local user base. You will need to respond and log PC hardware and software problems or requests in a timely and accurate manner. You will be self-motivated, enthusiastic and have excellent problem solving skills.

To succeed in this Helpdesk Support role you will have:

- A solid knowledge of PC hardware and software - Windows, MS Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access
- Excellent communications skills
- A friendly telephone manner
- A strong customer background
- Prior work experience in a similar role is a must.
