WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Be the first contact for employees seeking support through the internal help desk
- Gather all necessary information and requirements regarding the request to find the right information resource (e. g. expert) to solve that question
- Remain in interaction with the end-user and internal contacts to ensure question resolution and high quality
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
- Strong analytical/problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with multiple departments/cultures
- Great ability of coordinating tasks and meeting deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in an Information Technology (IT) discipline from a four-year college or university
