As the helpdesk analyst you will be involved in the resolutions of user requests and looking after the records of applications in the tool tickets. You will have to be competent at clearly communicating escalations to the outsourcer and monitoring any resolutions.

You will also be involved in proposing improvements to the service and for the users.

This role is Paris based so please only apply if you can realistically be based out of Paris
