Projektbeschreibung
You will be supporting a broad range of enterprise applications and high profile users. You will be a focal point of contact between the business and IT Services, ensuring all customer requests for service, including incidents and requests, are resolved/delivered/managed in accordance with agreed service levels to minimise the impact of service disruptions to the business.
You will be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills and hold a minimum 6 months experience supporting the following technologies.
- MS Office Suite - 2007
- MS Communications Technologies
- MS Windows 7 OS
- Voice Systems, Phone and Voicemail (Exposure to Nortel Call Centre Applications preferred)
- Active Directory
- PC Technology
- LAN/WAN technologies
- SAP Systems usage
