A leading provider of IT communication services, is currently looking for a Helpdesk Advisor to join their expanding team at their prestigious offices in Milton Keynes.

You will be required to provide client users with front line helpdesk support and perform a range of technical tasks with any hardware and software issues. Taking inbound calls from users with technical issues with the view to resolve at first contact while providing a high level of customer service to internal and external customers. Troubleshooting Microsoft software issues with emphasis on Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as responding efficiently to enquiries and effectively resolving any issues, including complex incidents that have been escalated.

You must have at least six months call centre experience. You will have substantial customer service experience with a proactive approach to solutions. With your positive 'can do' attitude, you will have great listening skills and be able to multi task to be able to manage a demanding workload in this fast paced and service level orientated role.
