Projektbeschreibung
This position will be supporting a rollout of a new POS system in all of the retails stores for this company. In this role you will take calls to troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to their POS systems. They use a Windows based systems.
Candidate should have previous phone support experience and be flexible to work different shifts.
