Proteus Europe are urgently recruiting for a Helpdesk Analyst to join a multi national client based in the beautiful city of Paris . You will be joining on a 9 month contract with a strong possibility of the contract being extended.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Resolution of user requests
Records of applications in the tool tickets
Escalation to the outsourcer and monitoring of the resolution
Propose improvements to the service and for users
Team Management

Essential Skills and Knowledge:

Windows 7
Windows Server 2008+
Active Directory 2008+
Exchange 2010
Forefront Protection for Exchange
Terminals and Blackberry enterprise server
Bit locker encryption
Experience of working in an International Environment
MS Certifications
A University degree (BSc) in computer science or engineering

Desirable Skills and Knowledge:

Working knowledge of Linux
The ability to write coherent documents to a high standard
