Projektbeschreibung

Trouble shoots PC software compatibility and access to the various state reporting applications, provides customer assistance and training regarding the use of the state reporting applications and associated data. Researches various state board rules and guidelines as they pertain to the needs of questions from customers and recommends solutions or provides information to meet their needs. Maintains and works to increase level of technical skill in micro-computer and software problem solving.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Training or education from a vocational or technical facility in computer technology or a related field. One year Experience providing technical software support to users in PC hardware and software configuration and maintenance in a helpdesk environment. Experience preparing documents with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.

OR

One to two years experience providing technical software support to users in PC hardware and software configuration and maintenance in a helpdesk environment. Experience preparing documents with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
One or more years experience providing technical software support with state education data reporting applications for local school districts, RESAs, and/or ETTCs.
