MY CLIENT, A LEADING DEFENCE ORGANISATION BASED IN BOSCOMBE DOWN IS URGENTLY SEEKING AN EXPERIENCED CUSTOMER SERVICE HELPDESK ANALYST TO JOIN THEIR TEAM WITH 3 MONTHS INITIALLY AND POTENTIAL FOR EXTENSION.
THIS IS A FULL TIME ROLE WORKING 7.5 HOUR SHIFTS BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 7AM AND 7PM MON- FRIDAY.
RESPONSBILITIES:
- Process calls and requests for Facilities Management tasks.
- Engage professionally with customers.
- To act as liaison between the FM Helpdesk at local site teams.
- Create a notification within SAP that can be assigned to the local site administration.
- Accurately capture call requests and information to create a notification in SAP
- Receive both telephone and email requests for FM tasks.
- Identify emergency or priority tasks and contact the local sites.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Good computer skills with sound working knowledge of MS Office ie Word, Excel & Outlook
- Good customer service skills
- Good organisation & communication skills
- Good Telephone and Email communication skills
- Professional approach when interacting with customers
