Urgent Contract Role - Service Desk Analyst - Based in Leeds

My client is looking for a candidate to start immediately and support on the existing Helpdesk, Please note this is an 1st line support position so experience in a busy helpdesk environment is required.

Immediate start

Initially 3-6 month contract

Role Purpose:-
*Due to a high volume of incoming queries our client needs an additional person to join the 1st line support team on the helpdesk - previous experience in such an environment is required
*Dealing with inbound support calls - experience in customer service/call handling/call logging etc is a must
*Call Logging/Ticketing
*Support of Bespoke applications, Application support experience would be a huge advantage

Skills:-
Windows, Outlook, Basic Microsoft, Call Ticketing systems
£9.00 per hour - Monday - Friday 9-5:30 role.
Initial contract length 3-6 months.
