Helpdesk Analyst
6 week initial contract
£13.50 per hour

My Public Sector client in Nottingham is urgently looking for a Helpdesk analyst to join their busy help desk in Nottingham for an initial 6 week contract with the option to extend.

We need people who are immediately available to work on a busy support desk supporting 7,000 users, 300 calls across the service desk. Average 50 % plus resolved at 1st line

The client requires support whilst moving to Windows 7, Office 2010, Sharepoint/EDRMS, Outlook/
Exchange, Lync/IPT. Calls are logged on Supportworks but any similar call logging systems knowledge would be acceptable.

Microsoft Certified IT Professional qualification (MCIP) and knowledge of ITIL would be highly desirable. The successful candidate will be self motivated with a self starter attitude.
