ROLE: Helpdesk Analyst/Service Desk
DURATION: 6 months Contract
LOCATION: Dublin, Ireland
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for providing first level Help Desk support via telephone for hardware, software, connectivity, and product specific incidents or work requests.
- Provide Real Time ticket entry and effective communications for customers.
- Troubleshooting technical problems and resolving them in a timely manner.
- Installing and upgrading software as needed
- Installing/Configure softwares, Perform changes in software
- Install software and applications on the desktop/Laptops
- Strong Microsoft Windows o/s experience
- Server build
