A leading borders based organisation is currently recruiting for a helpdesk analyst to become part of a team providing first and second level support across the organisations estate.

Daily duties will include:

-Answering and logging calls on the Service desk/Asset Team
- User Admin - creation and amending using Active Roles
- Managing, investigating and resolving issues with IT hardware, software and telephony.
- Installations.
