An exciting opportunity has arisen to work on the Service Desk for my client providing 1st Line Help Desk support in a newly recruited team.

The 1st Line Support Analyst will work within a busy Helpdesk environment supporting a range of users within the 5000 strong user base.

Working as a Support Engineer the candidate will act as the initial contact regarding IS queries throughout the organisation, attempting to diagnose or fix the fault before referring the user to the 2nd line.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a similar environment in the past, possess a confident all round ability within a Microsoft environment and be available to start as soon as possible.
