French Speaking Helpdesk Support Analyst - Based in Budapest in Romania we are currently recruiting for an experienced 1st Line Helpdesk Consultant. The successful applicant will require at least 3 years support experience with superb levels of customer service.
Technically candidates will require the following skills:
Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows Vista, Active Directory, Lotus Notes, MS Office, Ghost imaging and Cisco.
Daily duties will include:
Answering, Logging and Resolving calls via the companies Helpdesk system, Following up on open incidents, Supporting software and hardware installations and Configuration of phones, iPhones, and Tablet PC's. French Language Skills are a must have.
