Helpdesk Analyst

Position Description:
Candidate will be providing telephone and desk-side support for all software programs and applications supported by the client. Log all calls into client-wide help desk issue call tracking database and must be able to prioritize, analyze and not only resolve problems but do what is necessary to prevent problems from recurring.

Required Skills:
- At least 1 year in helpdesk environment
- Proficient with MS Office Suite, Must have working experience supporting Word 2010
- Exemplary customer service skills and passionate about helping to resolve customer issues along with having excellent written and verbal skills
- Ability to close and document all calls in a timely fashion.
- Highly organized, able to multi-task, detail-oriented and able to take initiative when needed while maintaining composure and patience when under pressure
