Our client is looking for a helpdesk analyst for a 2nd shift position. 1pm-10pm. This is an ongoing contract assignment with the potential to become a permanent position.

Required Skills:

- Experience working on a corporate Tier 1 Help Desk, following company policies and procedures
- Experience with a ticketing system
- Primarily responsible for troubleshooting issues with: Outlook, Network Connectivity, Remote Access, Passwords, etc.
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to work independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
