-Contact person for IT related problems, telephone issues and support requests
-1st level support for client/server, network and business applications applying ITIL best practices
-Assist the customers in making best use of the Google Suite
-Provide the end users with support regarding service orders (iOS and Windows)
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Excellent communication skills in German and English
-Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7 and Office Suite 2010
-Very good knowledge of Google Suite
-Basic knowledge of Apple OS
-ITIL Foundation Certification & knowledge of the HPSM ticketing tool is an advantage
