The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Helpdesk, ensuring all customer requirements are met using excellent communication and administrative skills.

This will include:

o Answer all incoming/outgoing calls in a professional manner at all times

o Ensure all incoming jobs are logged on the internal Serco systems

o Provide excellent Communication skills to the customers to resolve any issues raised

o Engage with all main contractors/sub-contractors to obtain updates o Provide regular updates to the customer, including updating information on all internal systems

o Administration of Planned Maintenance filing and folders.

o Take responsibility of your full Apprenticeship, making sure work is completed in a timely manner

o Monitor and meet all personal and contractual KPI`s and ensure all targets are met

o All reasonable duties required by your manager This is an Intermediate Apprenticeship in Business Administration.
