Helpdesk/Level 1 IT Support
Based in Brussels my client is looking for a Level 1 support to join as soon as possible. On a day to day basis you will be; Initial response to support calls, incident resolution, problem determination, Task execution.
Experienced Required:
- Windows 7 & above
- Active Directory including basic system administration
- Microsoft Office including O365 & outlook email support
- Good written and spoken English - other languages are an advantage
