HELPDESK SUPPORT ENGINEER SEATTLE, WA CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY

As a Support Engineer you will work to develop, create, and support systems that empower teams to deliver award winning work. You will be involved in a broad range of work, from technical support of computers and devices to complex, large-scale initiatives implementing software products across a range of platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage device, equipment, and computer tracking systems
- Work closely with others to resolve complex support challenges across multiple platforms and toolsets
- Participate across all disciplines in the planning and design of support initiatives
- Interface with leads and sponsors to understand and deliver on support needs and requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 3+ years experience as a freelancer with history of satisfied clients, at a start-up or corporation shipping product, or in a product design or digital media consulting firm or agency
- Demonstrated breadth across multiple technologies and platforms including; Windows 7 & 8, Adobe Creative Suite, 3D Rendering platforms, Microsoft Office for Windows and Mac
- Experience with Mac OS X hardware required
- Fundamental understanding of network topologies and diagnostics
