Helpdesk

For one of our clients located in the North of Brussels, we are looking for a "Helpdesk"(H/F)

Start: ASAP

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure client support for the EDM Soludoc applications

TASKS
- Receive support requests from internal and external clients.
- Analyse and describe the client requests and ensure request follow-up.
- Coordinate the necessary activities in order to resolve customer claims.
- Provide a detailed status of the on-going customer claims in the different teams.
- Collect debugging data.

COMPETENCES
- Good contact with the customer, understand the issues, analyse andsolve them.
- Administrative capacity of the production systems.
- Ability to put in place a system to monitor important server parameters and manage maintenance planning.

- Bilingual FR/NL
- Ability to learn a new computer systems
- Ability to analyse and understand
