Eden Brown have an exciting opportunity to work as a Help to Buy Administrator for a leading Housing Association in the Leeds area.

As a Help to Buy Administrator, your main duties will be:
Provide customer service by telephone, email, in writing or in person.
Update and maintain computerised records as well as producing correspondence, information and statistics.
Processing Help to Buy completion paperwork to deadlines.
Maintaining the website for applicants.
Assisting the Digital Marketing Officer with campaigns when required.

The ideal candidate for the Help to Buy Administrator role will have experience in maintaining records on computer systems, have experience working with different IT software and general administration experience. Must have experience in computer applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience working for a housing association or working within a sales environment would be of an advantage.

Working as a Help to Buy Administrator for a leading Housing Association, you will be based in Leeds. Hours of work are 35 hours per work, paying between £9.50 - £10.50 per hour.
