We are seeking an experienced Help Desk Technician capable of supporting clients in an Enterprise Environment. This position will be supporting high level executives. Must have a strong Customer Service background with the ability to solution issues in a quick and timely matter. Must have high levels of Windows 7 and MAC Maverick operating systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

- Answering calls for an 8 hour shift pertaining to Windows and MAC issues on both Lenovo and MAC hardware
- Answering calls for an 8 hour shift pertaining to Software application supported at the help desk
- Working with multiple other teams to solution issues for clients

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 1-2 years working in help desk support
- Strong Windows 7 knowledge
- Strong MAC background
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and Exchange
- Proficient in VPN application and networking knowledge
- Strong Customer Service Focus
- Spanish Bilingual skills a plus
