HELP DESK TECHNICIAN needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Fairview Heights, Illinois.

POSSESSION OF OR THE ABILITY TO OBTAIN A DOD SECRET CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED AS A CONDITION FOR EMPLOYMENT. MUST BE CURRENTLY ELIGIBLE TO WORK IN THE US FOR ANY EMPLOYER

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Help Desk
- Remedy

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Open Remedy trouble ticket and processes ticket IAW site work instructions.
- Create FAVES conference bridge reservations (training on performing this task will be provided).
- Review and update Remedy tickets with latest status and when verified trouble is corrected close ticket.
- Monitor alarm system and escalate to on-call engineer as directed in work instruction.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Associates Degree in a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
- One to three (1-3) years of directly related experience supporting help desk operations.
- Voice switch experience.

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Must be able to work nights on 12 hour shifts, 3 days on and 3 days off
