- Working in a 24/7 environment, the Help Desk Technician is responsible for handling all enterprise level 1 technical problems.
- Under the leadership of the IT Customer Service Manager, the Help Desk Technician is responsible for delivering superb customer service to all company stake holders while resolving technical issues on a first time resolution basis.
- The Help Desk Technician installs, configures and repairs all software and hardware in the organization and ensures that all incidents are appropriately documented and or escalated.
