Currently we have a bilingual (Spanish/English) position open: shift is 2p to 10p Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and 10p to 6a Friday and Saturday.
We also have a 2nd position: hours are 2p to 10p Monday - Friday.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Recent remote (phone-based) service desk and customer service experience of at least 18 months
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team Player
- Quick Study - must learn proactively and quickly
- Flexibility
- Strong Windows 7 troubleshooting skills
- Some Windows XP, Vista OS troubleshooting experience
- Highly knowledgeable in Microsoft Office 2010, troubleshooting, and how-to , including Outlook client
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office 2007 troubleshooting
- Ability to identify and correct or advise, on operational issues in client computer systems
- VPN troubleshooting
- Excellent communications skills - both verbal and written
- Attention to detail
THE FOLLOWING A PLUS:
- A+ Certification (required 90 days after conversion to perm)
- iPad/iPhone
- Blackberry support
- Microsoft Active Directory
- Office 2013
This contract is expected to be 3 months in duration.
