Projektbeschreibung

We're looking for a candidate with an advanced level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel macros, database connection, and report design. Must be able to analyze raw data in relational structures and gain an understanding of the subject matter with no prior exposure to the data. Advanced Excel skill set including advanced Excel functions, Excel macros, formulas and functions required.

OVERVIEW

- Provides support to end users on a variety of issues. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
- Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support.
- Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
- May involve use of problem management databases and help desk system.
- Works under immediate supervision.

QUALIFICATIONS

- MOUS CERTIFICATION A PLUS
- Entry level - 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- Highly proficient in MS 2007 and MS 2010, including Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- A+ certification
- Knowledge of commonly-used Tech Support concepts, practices, and procedures
- May require an associate's degree
