- Provides support to end users on a variety of issues
- Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems
- Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support
- VPN & ACE Account provisioning
- VPN & ACE Account deprovisioning
- Monthly keyfob expiration notices
- Assignment of tokens and token supply
- Distribution of tokens to users
- 3rd party VPN Account creation
- Monthly ACE audit/cleanup
- VPN account related issues
- Grant access to specific Shared Folders
- Create new server storage space for Shared Folders
- Quota Increase for an existing Server Shared Folders
- Create or modify a Domain Group for access to Shared Folders
- Shared Folder permission sets via domain groups
- Must be flexible with shift
- Must be able to work Holidays
- Fluency in French a plus
