- Good communication skills
- Good troubleshooting skills on Exchange Server 2003/2007/2010
- Currently providing L2 support on Microsoft Exchange Servers for enterprise customers
- Must possess critical thinking and problem solving skills

What You'll Be Doing:
- Primarily responsible for L2 support on Microsoft Exchange Servers for enterprise customers

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Three to five (3-5) plus years demonstrated experience L2 support on Microsoft Exchange Servers for enterprise customers
- Working knowledge on Microsoft Exchange2003/2007/2010
- Good troubleshooting skills on Exchange Server 2003/2007/2010
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills

Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications (MCSE on Microsoft Exchange)
- Additional Microsoft Infrastructure Experience (SharePoint, OCS, Blackberry)
- Basic Scripting skills, particularly in Power Shell
