THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:
- Computer Help Desk Experience
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Provides daily system help and support (via telephone, email, and instant messaging) to users of various global quality tools.
- Troubleshoot system problems with users and works with them to solve the issues, as well as with internal IT systems and the software vendors when necessary.
- Perform a number of daily administrative duties, such as user security management, updating website content, system data changes, etc.
- Assist with configuration changes to the global quality tools.
- Assist with software validation.
- Assist with the development of charts, graphs, documentation and testing activities.
- Assist with the development of training materials.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Minimum High School Diploma; AAS degree preferred.
- Two to five (2-5) years experience in Computer Help Desk Support.
- Excellent Customer Service Communication skills.
