HELP DESK SUPPORT WITH SAP & LOTUS NOTES

LOCATION: CARY, NC

DURATION: LONG TERM

RATE: MARKET RATE

SHIFT TIME: 6am -2 pm or 2-10pm (rotational shift)

- CANDIDATES MUST HAVE DEMONSTRATED USE OF ACTIVE DIRECTORY.
- BEING ABLE TO SET UP ONLINE USER ACCOUNTS WITH WINDOWS.

MUST HAVE- - Active Directory
- Desktop experience with Windows 7, Windows XP
- Proficient in MS Office
- Experienced in Networking Troubleshooting
- Must possessive excellent soft skills - oral and written
- SAP
- Lotus Notes

WOULD LIKE:

- A+ Certification
- AS 400
