In this position you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your exceptional service level and problem solving capability in this fun and dynamic team

In this position you will receive calls and log and escalate service requests. You will work closely with the team to identify appropriate levels of escalation. It is important to deliver a high degree of customer service for all support queries

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:

- Previous Helpdesk experience
- Excellent telephone manner
- Experience of using call logging software
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems - Experience using and troubleshooting MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and Outlook 2007
- Understanding of PC hardware set-up and configuration
- MCP Certification would be desirable and ITIL understanding highly desirable
