Projektbeschreibung

With offices throughout Continental Europe, Ireland and the UK, my client offers local investors a complete range of financial services across the investment spectrum, including investment servicing, investment research and trading, and investment management.

This role is temporary for 3 months, you'll be required to provide Help Desk Support and speak both English fluently with one additional language fluently (French, Italian or German).
With a helpful attitude, you'll help users with document enquiries and password resets within a ticketing system and be able to communicate information clearly and effectively.
You'll help the user to identify the problem experienced and help to generate solutions.
Hours of work - shifts between 6.30am - 7.00pm

Helpdesk Support experience is preferred, however the ability to speak English with one additional language (French, German or Italian) - fluently is essential.
