A major Public Sector Organisation in Hull is looking to recruit a Help Desk Support candidate to help the current team cover work. The organisation is wanting experienced Help Desk operatives to apply and candidates wanting to be considered must be able to provide substantial work experience on a busy help desk which has supported 4000+ users. The main duties will be to resolve 1st and 2nd Line issues over the phone but there will also be a requirement to physically assist with fixing issues with laptops, PC's and Printers for the in-house staff.
Candidates must have experience of working to strict SLA's and weekly KPI's and if candidates have experience with using the call logging software LANdesk they would be at an advantage. Knowledge of Active Directory, Windows XP and Windows 7 would be desirable.
