Projektbeschreibung

1 year contract with possible extensions or right to hire. It is 100% phone support for level 1 - they have Windows 7, XP, MS- Office and MS-Outlook. Password resets, logging calls in Remedy Call management system. Candidate must be self-starter, have excellent customer service skills, be able to talk and type. They need this person to be somewhat flexible with the schedule and work later hours up to 10 pm if needed and will include one weekend day. The pay is $12/hr.

Ideal candidates will have AAS Degree in Information Technology or Business, have prior phone, call center or customer service skills. Looking for candidates that are willing to learn and grow with a large corporate client. Candidates must be dedicated, and work their scheduled hours.

Any experience with PC repair, hardware/software installs is desired. Basic Unix/Linux Server is also desires.

A+ or network+ certification is preferred

Local candidates preferred.
