We are currently looking for ITSM Helpdesk Service Provider to assist in the resolution of 1st level user issues through standard incident management process and ensure all case details are recorded professionally and correctly.

To be successful in the role you will have:

- Previous experience in providing Service Desk services or in customer service support delivering IT Support to a large user base
- Understanding of Service Desk applications such as VMware Service Manager 9, HP Service Manager 9, Service Request Catalogue
- Strong knowledge of and demonstrated experience in Incident, Problem and Change management along IT Service Management, certifications in ITSM/ITIL
- High level customer service skills with proven ability to solve problems in a thorough and professional manner
- Competent in MS Office and other standard software
- Proven skills in working under pressure and to deadlines in a calm and professional manner
- Proven team skills and a high level of commitment and initiative
- A customer service driven attitude and approach to resolving IT issues
