GoAhead Solutions has an immediate need for a Help Desk Support in Downtown Seattle, WA.

This would be a Four to Six month contract to start out. Hours would be 8am-5pm Monday thru Friday.

Help Desk Support

Job Description:

-Primary focus will be on Password Resets for IAM rollout.
-Strong MS Office and general computer skills
- Previous experience in a Call Center environment preferred
-1-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
-Provides support to end users on a variety of issues.
-Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
-Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support.
-Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
-May require an associate's degree in a related area or undergraduate preferred
-Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
-Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
-Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
-Must be able to Multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
-Excellent Communication and Organizational skills.
-Demonstrable diagnostic and analytic skills.
-Works under immediate supervision.
-Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
