JOB TITLE : SERVICEDESK/HELPDESK POSITION

LOCATION : CARY, NC

DURATION : 6+MONTHS

END CUSTOMER : BANKING

NO. OF POSITIONS : 10

REQUIREMENT/RESPONSIBILITIES:

TECH TEST REQUIRED

SHIFT TIMING : 3am-11am (candidates must be flexible for any shift)

START DATE -IMMEDIATELY

Candidate must have the below skills and should and must have the below mentioned in the Resume with sufficient experience.

1. Windows troubleshooting- adding and deleting accounts on windows 7
2. VPN (Virtual Private Network)
3. Active Directory
4. Helpdesk Experience
5. Tech support on phone
