8048 - HELP DESK/FIELD SUPPORT ENGINEER - BRUSSELS - 3 MONTHS
We are currently looking for 1 Helpdesk for a roll-out mission in Brussels.
START: ASAP
DURATION: 3 months
LOCATION: Brussels
DESCRIPTION:
- Additional support to the Service Desk during the roll-out. ( upgrade of windows7)
- Main focus on HW ( client, printers, scanners, laptops) but also some support for SW
QUALIFICATION/SKILLS:
- Windows 7 upgrade
COMPETENCES:
- Support Level 1++ (not that far from Level 2)
EXPERIENCE:
- Working experience in Support
- Experience with roll-outs (knowledge of standard processes)
LANGUAGES REQUIRED:
- English
