Help Desk Engineer-Brussels, Belgium

Job type: 06 MONTHS CONTRACT.

PROFILE DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a team player who is well organized, highly motivated, customer focused and result driven. The candidate should also have positive attitude and a passion for technology.

Other profile requirements are:

- Knowledge of a minimum of 3 of the following plus a good knowledge of the other areas:
- client and peripheral hardware, operating systems
- network equipment components and protocols
- scanning technology hardware and systems
- mobile data communications and terminal hardware
- telephony and related software
- video conferencing technology
- Excellent PC skills (incl. latest MS Office package).
- Good analytical skills
- Planning & organizing skills
- Good understanding of vendor management practices
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good customer care skills - able to empathize, with a natural ability to help and support, including commitment and follow up.
- Ability to work with limited supervision.
- Experienced in working in an international environment. Not a must but this is preferred.
- Good interpersonal skills with experience of effectively interacting with other teams and cultures.
- LOCAL LANGUAGE IS PREFERRED (DUTCH OR FRENCH).
- Verbal and written English language skills are a must.
- Additional European language skills are an advantage.
