The ideal Help Desk Technician candidate will have 2+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE in providing support to hundreds of employees in multiple locations. This position will have future growth ahead which can be quickly obtained through certifications and hands-on exposure.


Responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software to over 450 employees. Responds to supports requests, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problem, and determines and implements solutions.

Specifics to include:

- Assist with mobile device management and Blackberry (BES) environment; setup, configuration, and setups for mobile phones and tablets
- Assist with Cisco call manager, unity, and phone setup
- Assist with printer setups, MFD setups, and other network peripherals
- Active Directory; new accounts, password resets, and account lockout
- Microsoft Exchange; DL administration and account management
- Citrix administration; Profile support; printer support; MS Office application support
- Anti-virus desktop management; deploy anti-virus client, manage patching and scans for virus and malware issues
- PC/Laptop/Thin Client setups & configuration
- Performs other duties as requested


- Associates Degree preferred but not required and/or equivalent IT experience
- Citrix experience is a +
- Ability to effectively listen and respond to customers and employee's needs
- Passion for diagnosing problems and seeing solutions through to implementation
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a diverse team of support and technology professionals

- Proficiency in Windows operating systems
