Currently, we're looking for somebody to join us in our Client Development team as:

Help Desk Coordinator (SQL/PLSQL, Oracle) (m/f) - Based in Brussels
6 months Fixed-Term contract

As Help Desk Coordinator you will have to handle client's requests through our ticketing system. Day to day you will have to analyse client's requests, find the appropriate solution and take a part to the layout enhancement.

Your challenge
-You will participate in layout developments
-You will manage and solve all clients requests
-You will collaborate with the second helpdesk level for the complex client requests
-You will analyse, optimise and make improvements to existing SQL processes
-You will create ad hoc documentation on funds or software specificities
-You will meet deadlines by granting qualitative results
-You will actively take part of technical problems solving
-You will take part to short projects

Who you are
You have the following characteristics, knowledge, skills to do the job at a high level of accomplishment:

-You have a Bachelor Degree or an equivalent diploma in IT
-2-3 years' experience is a valuable asset
-You speak French and have a good command of English
-You have good knowledge of SQL/PLSQL
-You have basic knowledge of Oracle
-You have knowledge of Leaflet and MS Office
-You are a polyvalent, client-oriented person with good communication skills
-You are curious, open to changes and to new technologies
-You have a methodical and responsible approach to your work
-You can work autonomously as well as in team
