You will be accountable for delivering a high level of customer commitment, ensuring each and every call is handled in a professional manner.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Provide first level support for customers experiencing IT issues
- Accurate recording of IT incidents and service requests
- Communication with customers in order to keep them informed of IT incident and service request progress through to resolution.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:
- Relevant IT tertiary qualifications
- EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION and interpersonal skills
- Patience and the ability to work through the incident with the end client
- Excellent troubleshooting/diagnostic skills
- Willingness to work outside of standard office hours if required
- Ability to work both autonomously and part of team.
REQUIRED:
- Must have Australian Work Rights
